The proposed center is conveniently located minutes from Route 422 Oaks exit, Route 202, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

AREA SCHOOLS

Award winning schools including Spring-Ford Area School District, Perkiomen Valley School District, Great Valley School District, and Methacton School District are among the best schools in the state. Adjacent community schools in the “Main Line” of Philadelphia are also closeby.

The area is home to many Fortune 500 companies including Pfizer, GSK, and Quest Diagnostics (just to name a new). Industry sectors such as healthcare, insurance, education, technology, hospitality, and telecommunications companies are all home to our area. Due to close proximity to several major university’s and highways, this region has been very attractive for employers.

Pennsylvania has the 2nd most amount of higher educational institutions in the country. Our region is a beacon of reputable public and private universities. Schools such as University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, Ursinus, West Chester, Temple, and Villanova University all are commutable distance from our region.

HOUSING

Developers have been flocking to our area due to the influx of people moving to the area. Major developers are constructing apartments, townhomes, and single family homes all within our centers reach. Real estate taxes are among the states lowest, and cost of housing is relatively reasonable comparatively other major cities.

TRANSPORTATION

The center is located approximately 3 minutes off of the 422 exit in Oaks, 12 minutes from King of Prussia, where major highways PA Turnpike, Blue Route, Route 202, and 422 intersect. This allows just a 35 minute drive to Philadelphia (no traffic). Additionally, King of Prussia is in active plans to develop a rail line that would allow residents easier access to Philadelphia, the KOP Rail is expected to be operational in 2025.
